About the role

  • Serve as the strategic link between GTM Operations, CX Operations, Business Systems, Finance, and People Operations.
  • Drive clarity, documentation, and governance to enable automation, operational scale, and consistent reporting across the revenue engine.
  • Support the execution of end-to-end GTM data and process flows.
  • Enable effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, etc. operations in a SaaS or GTM-focused environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Power BI, ZoomInfo, and similar GTM tools.
  • Proven experience in process documentation, SOP creation, and change management.
  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics concepts and GTM metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with AI/automation tools and data privacy compliance is a plus.
