Serve as the strategic link between GTM Operations, CX Operations, Business Systems, Finance, and People Operations.
Drive clarity, documentation, and governance to enable automation, operational scale, and consistent reporting across the revenue engine.
Support the execution of end-to-end GTM data and process flows.
Enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, etc. operations in a SaaS or GTM-focused environment.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Power BI, ZoomInfo, and similar GTM tools.
Proven experience in process documentation, SOP creation, and change management.
Familiarity with reporting/analytics concepts and GTM metrics.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with AI/automation tools and data privacy compliance is a plus.
