About the role
- Collaborate with Quality and cross functional experts to understand their requirements and overall business needs and translate high-level ideas into well-defined solutions including writing the system/enhancement requirements/specifications.
- Collaborate with IT partners to ensure that solutions are tested and deployed seamlessly.
- Explore new technologies and analytic solutions.
- Drive implementation of SAP enhancements to drive compliance and efficiency within the organization.
- Conduct effective training on solutions that ensure compliance and sustainment of the initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Business.
- 5+ years of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment in a quality role.
- Significant experience with AI and Automation Tools, Cloud-Based Analytics Platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, TeamGuru), SharePoint, Advanced Data Modelling Techniques, and Agile Project Management Methodologies.
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP QM and MM modules (SAP QM Super User, preferred), eQMS experience preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience with ISO9001 (required) and AS9100 (preferred), or other relevant industry standard.
- Ability to support the Leadership in the execution of the business strategy.
- Drive for Results: Displays initiative in meeting expectation and goals.
- Exposure to working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience is leading organizational change.
- Experience working and developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Proven continuous improvement process experience.
- Experience in complying with customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
