10-week paid Sales Internship beginning in June for rising college seniors
Meet and greet customers and assist with full sales presentations
Support the operations of a new home community and observe/assist the NHC with all Sales activities
Assist with the presentation of the purchase agreement
Support managing leads in the Salesforce CRM system
Work alongside seasoned professionals with onboarding, hands-on training, teambuilding, and a visit to a Lennar Community
Contribute to impactful projects and develop interpersonal and technical skills
Positions in the Future Builders Program are temporary and do not guarantee future employment; high-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance and business needs
Requirements
Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
Working towards a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or similar degree
Rising college seniors (eligible for the 10-week internship in June)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
