Client Connector: Serve as a liaison between Olsson’s technical teams and industry leaders; facilitate introductions, share client insights, and support client pursuit and capture planning efforts
Mentor Future Leaders: Identify high-potential individuals across the firm and provide meaningful mentorship, sharing knowledge, experience, and network
Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to key firmwide efforts, offering leadership and perspective beyond traditional business development
Enhance Brand Presence: Represent Olsson at industry conferences, panels, and events to elevate the firm’s position in the energy space
Positioning: Help technical experts engage effectively with utility and energy clients and strengthen client relationships
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
A deep understanding of the energy and utility market, with a broad professional network
10+ years of experience in engineering, energy consulting, utility leadership, or related industries

Collaborative, people-first approach and ability to mentor with authenticity and humility
Willingness to travel (~25%) to client sites, industry events, and internal meetings
