Backend Engineer

• Bring features to the finish line while collaborating closely with other developers and with Product, QA, Data, and Machine Learning teams to deliver a seamless, joyful experience for customers

Senior Backend Engineer

• Ship customer-facing features that make insurance fast and delightful; own features from concept to production and measure impact.
• Build the core insurance product customers will use, owning the full lifecycle from feature conception to deployment.
• Lead the technical execution within a self-sufficient squad, partnering with Product to define scope, deliver increments, and hit OKRs.
• Design and deliver clean APIs and write maintainable code, keeping performance, reliability, and security top of mind.
