Consultant

• Lead the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement approaches that support Agile standards for cloud delivery solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phases
• Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success
• Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint
• Provide configuration reviews and configuration knowledge transfers to the customer
• Assist customers with software testing along with roll-out activities such as data loads and system initialization
• Deliver live customer training for areas such as training the trainer for administrators and store managers
• Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with the customer
• Oversee configuration documents, tools, and methodologies including solution blueprint and enterprise configuration worksheet
• Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation process
• Work with teams within Legion to ensure implementation timelines and support SLAs are met
• Advocate customer needs within Legion to ensure the product continues to improve on behalf of your customer
• Be familiar with compliance and labor laws and how they impact customers
• Complete ongoing education to further develop skills and knowledge, including industry trends, technology, and the Legion product
• Provide leading practices to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their Legion solution; set and manage expectations; acquire knowledge to grow adoption; communicate in demanding situations to support problem-solving and planning
• Implement processes that support efficient execution of phases within the Legion value-driven implementation methodology; define consulting leading practices; support a Center of Excellence; understand and prevent scope creep; use Legion project management tools to manage configuration tasks
• Maintain core product expertise for end users and configuration; grow product knowledge through regular release training; identify, report, and prioritize bugs & enhancements

Senior Consultant

• Lead and manage the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery and issue management
• Lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on successfully delivering Legion solutions
• Manage customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee
• Lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
• Implement Legion's product suite: lead project team, design the solution, deliver the work, and provide a great experience for the customer
• Own customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture, and business KPI achievement
• Demo Legion products in depth
• Hire, develop, and retain a team of Project Managers and Consultants
• Contribute to development of implementation methodologies and participate in other internal initiatives

Principal Consultant

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for operational analysis and financial analysis in partnership with the Manager of FP&A and Assistant Controller
• Work with the finance and accounting department, contributing to monthly close and US GAAP financial statements
• Analyze current and historical operational data to identify patterns and insights
• Assist monthly close, trend analysis, budget vs. actuals, and operational KPI reviews
• Prepare clear, concise reports, operational dashboards and analysis
• Research accounting and market trends, assessing impacts on business performance and compliance
• Contribute to policy development and initiatives that improve efficiency and financial growth
• Work closely with Romania accounting partners to ensure filings and regulatory submissions are completed on time
• Serve as a point of contact between US and Romania partners
• Support system implementations and adopt new tools as needed
