Sales Development Rep

• Achieving monthly/quarterly quotas of leads sourced, meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated
• Pursuing marketing and partner-generated leads to qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team

Sales Development Representative

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource for assigned customer accounts
• Partner with customer System Administrators to understand business processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Maintain deep familiarity with each customer’s environment, priorities, and use cases
• Act as a product expert, providing guidance, best practices, and technical consultation
• Translate customer business needs into system configuration and optimization recommendations
• Support customers in understanding platform capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs
• Provide oversight and coordination for customer support tickets
• Own or directly manage highly technical or complex issues as needed
• Effectively escalate critical and urgent issues, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to drive resolution
• Analyze support trends and proactively address recurring issues
• Ensure customers are prepared for and leveraging new product features
• Conduct Release Readiness Reviews to prepare customers for upcoming releases, including testing, configuration changes, and process impacts
• Partner with customers to drive feature adoption aligned to their business goals

Technical Account Manager – TAM

Backend Engineer

• Develop features with high quality and on-time
• Thorough understanding of product area
• Assist with feature design along with CTO/Architect
• Develop features keeping in mind best coding practices including performance and user experience
• Own product quality
• Test features before asking QA engineers to test
• Write unit tests
• Work with QA engineers to test the product end-to-end
• Fix incoming bugs daily: Adhere to bug resolution goals and SLA
• Be able to demo the Legion product end-to-end
• Devise robust solutions that enable product engineering teams to rapidly deliver features in a scalable and performant manner
• Design, build, and support applications from End to End.
• Make data-driven technical decisions
• Use your deep technical knowledge to debug and solve complex technical problems
• Identify and resolve ambiguities in requirements in consultation with the various stakeholders
• Contribute to the long-term team charter and quarterly planning
• Mentor others on the team, and hold a high bar for code quality and standards by conducting design reviews, code reviews, and providing feedback

• Support intricate solution design involving critical factors such as data integration, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
• Apply practical, deep knowledge of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based systems to deliver value in enterprise use cases, including the definition of agent workflows, tool utilization, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Serve as the technical and solution-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer-facing discussions, providing solution framing and technical validation to support Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on high-value AI opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution artifacts, reference architectures, and standardized best practices to ensure consistency in the explanation, demonstration, and deployment of AI capabilities.

Director, Agentic AI Solutions – Architecture

Full-stack Engineer

• Own and evolve core mobile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment strategies to accelerate development efficiency and reliability.
• Manage native integrations such as Push Notifications, App Security, and other platform services that are critical to mobile functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams to analyze, design, and deliver scalable mobile features.
• Participate actively in engineering processes including code reviews, design reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to internal standards and industry best practices across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Drive technical decisions based on data, metrics, and real-world usage to ensure thoughtful, long-term solutions.
• Continuously optimize for performance, scalability, observability, and reliability across mobile applications serving millions of users.
