Account Executive

• Develop a GTM sales strategy to build and grow Legion’s market leadership and achieve business targets
• Understand client needs and align strategy
• Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders across target client base and participate in closing strategic opportunities when needed
• Play a critical role in business planning, working closely with other senior executives to develop plans, resource requirements, and influence long-term business strategy
• Work cross-functionally with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to achieve and exceed company revenue targets
• Close deals with enterprises and exceeding revenue targets
• Develop granular account-level strategies to communicate Legion’s unique value proposition
• Leverage industry expertise and Rolodex to build a pipeline of executive-level enterprise opportunities
• Lead a deal through the entire sales lifecycle by building relationships and collaborating with key external and internal stakeholders
• Craft a compelling business justification and ROI for each opportunity
• Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce CRM

Enterprise Account Executive

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource for assigned customer accounts
• Partner with customer System Administrators to understand business processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Maintain deep familiarity with each customer’s environment, priorities, and use cases
• Act as a product expert, providing guidance, best practices, and technical consultation
• Translate customer business needs into system configuration and optimization recommendations
• Support customers in understanding platform capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs
• Provide oversight and coordination for customer support tickets
• Own or directly manage highly technical or complex issues as needed
• Effectively escalate critical and urgent issues, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to drive resolution
• Analyze support trends and proactively address recurring issues
• Ensure customers are prepared for and leveraging new product features
• Conduct Release Readiness Reviews to prepare customers for upcoming releases, including testing, configuration changes, and process impacts
• Partner with customers to drive feature adoption aligned to their business goals

Technical Account Manager – TAM

Manager

• Develop and manage end-to-end release timelines, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, support, and operations to align on release scope and quality goals. Work closely with the cross functional leads to manage release quality goals.
• Track release checkpoints, including Definition of Done (DoD) reviews, to ensure feature and infrastructure completeness.
• Facilitate go/no-go meetings, ensuring all release stakeholders are aligned on readiness and risk.
• Provide clear and timely status updates to stakeholders, including executives, through dashboards, reports, and briefings.
• Act as an AI enthusiast and builder: design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate release activities (e.g., Branch-Diffs status reporting, checklist validation, ticket triage, readiness checks) to improve operational efficiency and release speed.
• Automate Release Readiness efforts end-to-end, establishing best practices and standardizing release processes and tooling across the organization.
• Identify manual, repetitive release workflows and prioritize them for AI-driven or scripted automation.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to integrate AI agents into existing CI/CD and release tooling.
• Confirm completion of necessary documentation, training materials, and internal handoffs ahead of release.
• Create and manage deployment tickets for production releases and hotfixes, coordinating necessary approvals and processes.
• Ensure all release activities adhere to established compliance and security requirements, and support ongoing compliance audits.
• Lead customer defect triage meetings, working with support and engineering teams to prioritize and track issue resolution.
• Monitor post-release metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement in release processes and product quality.
• Work closely with customer success and support to understand customer sentiment. Review customer surveys for quality indicators.
• Ensure artifacts for compliance (SOC, ISO, etc.) are correct and support audits as required.

Cloud Release Quality Manager

• Troubleshoot complex issues and determine if an escalation to engineering is needed
• Identify severity/impact of reported issues and further escalate as necessary
• Work directly with the engineering team via Zoom call for critical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-party systems
• On-call rotation for after-hours support
• Communicate directly with customers via Zendesk and Zoom
• Document troubleshooting steps and escalate with detail
• Become an expert on Legion product configurations
• Support technical issues across iOS, Android, and Windows systems
• Create knowledge base documentation for common issues
• Identify support trends and provide feedback to Engineering
