💰 $140,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Lead and manage the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery and issue management
- Lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on successfully delivering Legion solutions
- Manage customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee
- Lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
- Implement Legion's product suite: lead project team, design the solution, deliver the work, and provide a great experience for the customer
- Own customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture, and business KPI achievement
- Demo Legion products in depth
- Hire, develop, and retain a team of Project Managers and Consultants
- Contribute to development of implementation methodologies and participate in other internal initiatives
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in Workforce Management area
- Consulting Experience
- Strong background in Workforce Management Software and business processes
- Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects
- Proven track record of decision-making skills, strong, effective collaboration, and communication process across various levels of management. (Senior executives, project teams, IT leadership).
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Can lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
- Can demo Legion products in depth
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining a team of Project Managers and Consultants
