Account Executive

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects
• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, inspections, and other sales efforts
• Meet with insurance adjusters, document the scope of work, and submit job documentation
• Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates and explaining insurance paperwork
• Coordinate selections, upgrades, and payments with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Coordinators, Supplements, and Production to ensure projects progress smoothly
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience that meets Legacy’s service standards
• Attend required company and sales meetings and trainings
