Account Executive

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential home exterior renovation projects
• Generate new business and conduct inspections, door-to-door outreach, and sales appointments
• Meet with insurance adjusters and document the scope of work
• Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and explaining insurance paperwork
• Coordinate selections, upgrades, payments, and project timelines with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production)
• Ensure projects move forward smoothly and meet Legacy’s service standards
• Attend company and sales team meetings and trainings as required
