Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects
Generate new business (door-to-door outreach, inspections) and meet monthly sales quotas
Meet with insurance adjusters and document the scope of work
Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and notes into the CRM immediately after appointments
Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Coordinators, Supplements, and Production to move projects forward
Serve as main point of contact for customers, provide regular updates, explain insurance paperwork, coordinate selections and upgrades, and collect payments
Represent the company in branded apparel and vehicle decals and attend required meetings and trainings
Perform field work including climbing ladders and walking roofs in various weather conditions
Requirements
Excel at building strong customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact
Highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines with attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally, guiding customers through paperwork and insurance processes
Take ownership of work and follow through on commitments
Thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role and enjoy collaborating with internal teams
