Sales

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects
• Generate new business (door-to-door outreach, inspections) and meet monthly sales quotas
• Meet with insurance adjusters and document the scope of work
• Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and notes into the CRM immediately after appointments
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Coordinators, Supplements, and Production to move projects forward
• Serve as main point of contact for customers, provide regular updates, explain insurance paperwork, coordinate selections and upgrades, and collect payments
• Represent the company in branded apparel and vehicle decals and attend required meetings and trainings
• Perform field work including climbing ladders and walking roofs in various weather conditions
