Manage the entire customer experience from initial contact through project completion
Generate new business and meet monthly sales quotas through door-to-door outreach and inspections
Meet with insurance adjusters, explain insurance paperwork, and document scope of work
Upload job documentation (signed contracts, photos, measurements, notes) promptly into the CRM
Coordinate selections, upgrades, payments, and scheduling with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production)
Provide regular customer updates and act as the main point of contact
Ensure projects move forward smoothly and meet Legacy’s service standards
Requirements
Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, inspections, and other sales efforts (monthly sales quota must be met)
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing consistent follow-up and high-quality service
Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM immediately after appointments
Meet with insurance adjusters and document the scope of work
Collaborate with internal teams (Project Coordinators, Production, Supplements)
Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
Represent Legacy Restoration by wearing company-branded apparel and installing company-branded vehicle decals on the windows of personal vehicles
Be able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work in various weather conditions
Attend all required company and sales team meetings and trainings
