About the role
- Work as part of an agile delivery team practising CI/CD
- Write high-quality, performant, secure and maintainable code
- Constantly level up the team in writing clean code through teaching and mentoring
- Champion best practice software craftsmanship through examples and good reviews
- Occasionally speak and present at sprint demos and Web CoP events
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical people
- Work across multiple code repositories with an e-commerce and Web3 focus
- Create and review feature blueprints for effective design, planning and forecasting
- Own end-to-end customer experience and various systems on the e-commerce platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contributing to enterprise-level codebases
- A keen eye for quality, complemented by great communication skills
- A great learning mindset – for teaching, mentoring and expanding your own knowledge
- Working knowledge of Domain Driven Design, eXtreme Programming and Clean Code
- Experience with TDD, pairing and a whole-team approach
- An appreciation for data-driven decision making
