About the role

  • Lead large-scale, technical programs from inception to launch, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution which will include (but not limited to):\n\t
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.\n\t
  • Planning and execution of key engineering projects, from initial scoping to final delivery.\n\t
  • Identifying risks, manage dependencies & bottlenecks, implement contingency plans proactively, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.\n\t
  • Coordinating schedules, track deliverables, and maintain clear project documentation.\n\t
  • Track progress using agile methodologies, data-driven metrics, and transparent reporting.\n
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across multiple teams, ensuring priorities remain clear and achievable.\n
  • Drive process improvements that increase engineering efficiency and delivery predictability.\n
  • Partner with leadership to translate product vision into executable roadmaps.\n
  • Ensure effective communication between engineering, product, design, QA, and external collaborators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles for engineering departments, ideally within high-growth technology companies.\n
  • Ability to maintain a clear view of the broader product and technical roadmap while breaking it down into actionable steps, driving day-to-day execution without losing sight of strategic goals.\n
  • Proven track record managing complex, technical initiatives across multiple teams.\n
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery model.\n
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.\n
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.\n
  • Technical fluency — able to engage deeply with engineers and understand system-level tradeoffs.
