• Business Line Ownership & Revenue Delivery: Full accountability for Swap revenue, take rate, and volume. Building and defending the forecast, understanding every driver of week-over-week movement, and acting on it.
• Net Delivered Rate as North Star: Owning the competitiveness of the in-wallet quote experience - quote quality and execution slippage combined. Keeping the competitive quote auction healthy and holding partners to their execution commitments.
• Partner Management & Business Development: Managing, growing, and negotiating with the swap partner bench across CEX-swap, DEX-aggregator, and on-ramp providers - on pricing, coverage, routing eligibility, execution quality, and co-marketing. Managing concentration risk, building substitutability, and onboarding new providers to close coverage and cross-chain gaps.
• Operational Excellence & Observability: Running the business line with rigour - incident management, error-rate reduction, quote and performance monitoring, and coverage reporting. Protecting the perfect run of existing partners and features is job one.
• Analytical Leadership: Being the definitive source of truth on Swap. Querying data directly, sizing opportunities and risks quantitatively, and translating analysis into decisions and partner conversations.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Driving execution across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Marketing to ship improvements and resolve issues outside your direct reporting lines.
• Market Insight: Maintaining a sharp understanding of the swap and on/off-ramp competitive landscape, provider economics, and cross-chain and DEX-native dynamics to inform positioning and the partner roadmap.

Business Line Manager – Swap

Security Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for the most complex incidents across the cloud, corporate systems, endpoints, identities, and the data center.
• Conduct end-to-end investigations: root cause analysis, forensics, timeline reconstruction, and remediation recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Serve as the team’s go-to expert in incident management, ensuring a rigorous and consistent approach to handling, escalating, and documenting incidents.
• Lead proactive threat hunting by leveraging CTI and OSINT to identify and neutralize risks before they impact Ledger.
• Design and optimize the SIEM (Splunk) architecture and SOAR (Torq) workflows that underpin effective detection, triage, and response.
• Build, evolve, and own the architecture of our internal Agentic SOC and our log/data pipeline, and lead the automation of reporting for the SecOps team.
• Mentor and foster the technical growth of senior and junior engineers, and act as a force multiplier within SecOps.
• Work with the Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and Cloud teams to align operational security with the organization’s objectives.

Technical Account Manager

• Manage the onboarding process for key customers, providing them with the necessary technical guidance and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Keep a close eye on usage patterns and operational activities of key accounts. Use this data to optimize service delivery and preemptively address any potential issues.
• Act as the guarantor for the integration and roll-out of new features and services. Provide the necessary technical guidance and documentation to both internal teams and clients.
• Oversee Technical Support activities and serve as the point of escalation for client service matters. Lead crisis units during major incidents, coordinating between the customer and various technical teams for effective resolution.
• Establish and review technical KPIs related to platform performance, such as SLAs and service monitoring. Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide technical support to pre-sales activities, working closely with the sales team to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Actively participate in the improvement of internal processes and best practices, particularly in the management of incidents, problems, and changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Research & Development to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Focus on retaining and growing revenue from existing Ledger Vault customers by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Coordinate effectively with Ledger teams based in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. to ensure a unified approach to client service.
• Be prepared for business travel, constituting approximately 20% of your time, to meet with clients and attend relevant events or training.
