Work on the company’s most critical problems across strategy, operations, product and BD
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Lead special operations projects like revamping pricing, streamlining billing, or automating onboarding
Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Turnkey’s core operating system including strategic and financial planning, board materials, and company objectives reporting
Provide input on product development informed by customer experiences and market trends
Assist with sales and BD efforts: participating in direct sales, building strategic partner relationships, creating sales materials, and summarizing sales learnings
Build new processes and functions from the ground up and handle knotty operational challenges
Requirements
2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
Ideally an additional 2+ years in a demanding, high-performance professional environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated passion for untangling tough problems and building scalable processes
Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a constantly evolving environment
Prior experience in a fintech, web3 or developer-focused startup (style point)
Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going (style point)
Must be physically based in the United States, with preference for those able to be onsite in New York City HQ
