About the role
- Support a diverse book of commercial clients handling submissions, proposals, servicing, and renewals
- Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
- Coordinate daily with Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives on deadlines and ongoing projects/tasks
- Work with service staff to meet timelines and deadlines
- Assist with marketing procedures with selected markets and follow up with markets for quotations
- Create proposals under direction of the Account Executive and check for discrepancies
- Make proposal changes and quotations following client meetings with the Account Executive
- Provide final documentation for customers and obtain information to produce Certificate issuance
- Check policies against submissions/quotations/proposals and verify endorsements against Account Executive requests
- Invoice and follow up on billing
Requirements
- Active P&C license required
- 3–4 years of commercial lines experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with AMS360 and carrier rating software preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- MUST WORK IN PACIFIC TIME ZONE
