About the role
- Perform outside B2B sales to build relationships with C-suite and business owners
- Use consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and sell competitive risk management solutions
- Collaborate with agency experts and support staff to deliver broad range of risk management solutions
- Manage new and renewing accounts and pursue uncapped commission earnings
- Represent Leavitt Group and grow client base in the Alamosa, Colorado area
- Participate in training, sales incentives, and company sales competitions
Requirements
- 2+ years Outside B2B sales
- P&C Insurance Experience (preferred but not required)
- Consultative sales abilities and experience working with C-suite level individuals and business owners
- Ability to perform outside B2B sales in and around the Alamosa, Colorado area
