About the role
- Oversee the sales process from initial opportunity to project completion.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
- Actively engage with clients, including attending site/client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Electrical Installation and Panel Contractors.
- Work closely with Regional Managers and the Operations Team for project success.
- Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, offering customized solutions.
- Report to the Regional Sales Manager and work within the Major Project Sales Team.
- Home-based role requiring reporting to the Hemel Hempstead office when requested.
Requirements
- Proven experience in BMS projects.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both externally and internally.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across customers, colleagues, and managers.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about BMS products and their benefits.
