Shape LEAP’s Criminal Law offering and ensure LEAP’s position as the leading Criminal Law software solution in the UK market.
Identify opportunities for future development and content projects alongside Head of Criminal Law.
Develop and deliver new forms and precedents to improve usage and end consumer experience.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to source feedback and report KPIs to the team.
Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to Criminal Law.
Create, update and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.
Use dedicated automation tools using latest Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Utilise JavaScript to enhance functionality and interactivity of forms and precedents (full training provided).
Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly within the software, validating data entry fields and JavaScript elements and fixing issues.
Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of LEAP & its companion products.
Promote use of LEAP products & drive adoption in Criminal Law.
Ensure LEAP’s processes comply with up-to-date Criminal Law legislation.
Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience working within Criminal Law.
Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.
Experience with case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.
A passion for technology.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.
