Email Marketing Manager

• Develop and maintain the email marketing plan aligned to business priorities, sales goals and target audiences.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to prioritise campaigns and ensure alignment with wider marketing strategy.
• Convert business requirements into email campaigns, audience segments and automation workflows.
• Build, test and send email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot.
• Work with colleagues to gather messaging and create or brief clear, accurate email content.
• Run A/B tests to improve subject lines, content, design and conversion.
• Ensure all campaigns follow best practice for deliverability, accessibility, GDPR and brand consistency.
• Support the introduction of new capabilities including landing pages and automated nurture journeys.
• Maintain CRM data quality and support improvements in HubSpot.
• Help develop areas we are beginning to build out, such as custom properties, segmentation logic and enhanced personalisation.
• Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to introduce and refine lead scoring.
• Review and refine workflows, templates and automations to increase efficiency and conversion.
• Support cross-team adoption of HubSpot and act as the internal go-to expert for troubleshooting and training.
• Analyse email performance and report on key metrics including conversions and lead quality.
• Produce dashboards and insights for Sales and Marketing.
• Use data to guide improvements, especially as we expand our use of HubSpot features.

• Work as an inspiring manager to ensure Skills Coaches are supported and feel confident in delivering training and assessment.
• Effectively manage and develop your team towards agreed levels of performance / KPIs and to the required standards.
• Ensure all activities continually meet the needs of our learners and be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance of our qualifications in line with awarding organisation requirements, Ofsted and the Company’s internal quality assurance procedures.
• Support the Head of Portfolio in planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum and learning experience.
• Ensure resources and training materials give opportunities for Skills Coaches to support their apprentices to be successful in their careers and become responsible British Citizens.
• Support Skills Coaches with learners at risk and act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and risks with clients.
• Produce IQA and observation feedback reports for your team, identifying areas for improvement and sourcing CPD opportunities.
• Successfully guide Skills Coaches through the requirements of the Assessment Plan and EPA for relevant Apprenticeship Standards, ensuring that apprentice portfolios meet all KSBs for the relevant standard before submitting all evidence to the EPAO.
• Work with the Head of Portfolio to manage the relationship with the relevant EPAOs. This includes attending regular meetings with EPAO account managers.
• Support the Hiring Manager in recruiting the best coaches for the programmes that you deliver.
• Support with programme reviews where relevant.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across the organisation
• Integrate financial and operational data to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making
• Deliver timely, accurate and detailed reports to the SLT and Board, including monthly management accounts, companywide key performance indicators and quarterly board packs linked to strategic objectives
• Build and maintain financial models to support capital event planning, valuation analysis, and strategic scenarios
• Produce and present monthly forecast P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows
• Own the master budget process and ensure all cost centres are accurately planned and monitored
• Analyse programme-level profitability and unit economics to support pricing and growth decisions
• Support the commercial team with pipeline conversion analysis, opportunity tracking, and revenue forecasting

• Supporting your apprentices through the learning journey and delivering an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
• Ensuring your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
• Delivering regular progress reviews and check ins for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
• Helping review, develop and deliver the learning content, and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
• Designing and facilitating engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions and in person delivery days.
• Being involved in coordinating the training activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
• Assessing your apprentices' work and provide timely and developmental feedback.
• Managing your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
• Complying with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
