Manager

• Work as an inspiring manager to ensure Skills Coaches are supported and feel confident in delivering training and assessment.
• Effectively manage and develop your team towards agreed levels of performance / KPIs and to the required standards.
• Ensure all activities continually meet the needs of our learners and be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance of our qualifications.
• Support the Head of Portfolio in planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum and learning experience.
• Ensure resources and training materials give opportunities for Skills Coaches to support their apprentices to be successful.
• Support Skills Coaches with learners at risk and act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and risks with clients.
• Produce IQA and observation feedback reports for your team, identifying areas for improvement and sourcing CPD opportunities.
• Successfully guide Skills Coaches through the requirements of the Assessment Plan for relevant Apprenticeship Standards.
• Work with the Head of Portfolio to manage the relationship with the relevant Assessment Organisation.
• Support the Hiring Manager in recruiting the best coaches for the programmes that you deliver.
• Support with programme reviews where relevant.

Sustainability Professional, Delivery Manager

Coach

• Support the delivery of our Responsible Leadership apprenticeship programme, aligned to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner standard:
• Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
• Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
• Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development.
• Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
• Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops.
• Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
• Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
• Manage your schedule effectively to ensure learner progress and achievement.
• Follow quality assurance processes to maintain best practice and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers.
• Provide pastoral support where required.

Sustainability Leadership Skills Coach

Account Executive

• Support a portfolio of Enterprise and Enterprise-adjacent customers to drive account expansion, cross-sell and multi-product adoption
• Work alongside Enterprise Partnership Managers to mature customer relationships beyond single-programme engagement
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional LDN programmes and Apprenticeship Units based on customer needs
• Manage and close ad-hoc enrolments and incremental opportunities
• Act as a consistent point of contact for supported accounts, ensuring high standards of communication and responsiveness
• Support effective organisational onboarding in partnership with Delivery teams
• Help ensure strong learner starts and joined-up engagement between learners, managers, coaches and customer stakeholders
• Monitor customer sentiment and proactively address risks and issues
• Support customers acquired through channel partnerships, adapting engagement based on customer size and opportunity
• Help shape simpler engagement pathways for non-Enterprise customers secured via channels
• Deliver against an annual sales target of c. £500k, primarily through account expansion
• Support opportunity development including discovery, proposal input and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline in Salesforce
