About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of our Responsible Leadership apprenticeship programme, aligned to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner standard:
Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development.
Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops.
Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
Manage your schedule effectively to ensure learner progress and achievement.
Follow quality assurance processes to maintain best practice and compliance.
Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers.
Provide pastoral support where required.
