About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of our Responsible Leadership apprenticeship programme, aligned to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner standard:
  • Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
  • Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
  • Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development.
  • Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
  • Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops.
  • Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
  • Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
  • Manage your schedule effectively to ensure learner progress and achievement.
  • Follow quality assurance processes to maintain best practice and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers.
  • Provide pastoral support where required.
