Work closely with development teams to identify issues and communicate software logs, issue descriptions, and statistics to platforms, exchanges, and vendors
Help developers clear requirements for using company software with specific platforms
Monitor platform notifications and create internal reminders for exchanges' events, maintenances, and incidents
Provide feedback to platforms and chase solutions for issues and new requests
Work closely with development, financial, and legal departments and track several internal projects
Set up relationships with new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement
Manage and drive strategic relationships and partnerships with exchanges and vendors
Requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Have 2+ years’ experience in finance\technical support (account management, business development, brokerage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload
Working experience in Exchange's technical account management teams and\or prime brokerage support teams are a plus
Experience setting up relationships with tech vendors for hardware and software procurement
