About the role
- Work closely with development teams to identify issues and communicate software logs, issue descriptions, and statistics to platforms, exchanges, and vendors
- Help developers clear requirements for using company software with specific platforms
- Monitor platform notifications and create internal reminders for exchanges' events, maintenances, and incidents
- Provide feedback to platforms and chase solutions for issues and new requests
- Work closely with development, financial, and legal departments and track several internal projects
- Set up relationships with new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement
- Manage and drive strategic relationships and partnerships with exchanges and vendors
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Have 2+ years’ experience in finance\technical support (account management, business development, brokerage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload
- Working experience in Exchange's technical account management teams and\or prime brokerage support teams are a plus
- Experience setting up relationships with tech vendors for hardware and software procurement
