About the role
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates
- Coordinate with Territory Operations Team to understand client needs
- Communicate with users on the app to fill positions
- Make high volume calls across time zones to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and team
- Perform repetitive tasks daily with attention to detail
- Be adaptable to be placed where demand exists
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong English speaking skills
- Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for our workers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to where demand is highest, with minimal downtime
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
