About the role
- Develop and implement the internal communications strategy aligned with the company’s goals
- Ensure transparent and consistent information flow between leadership and employees
- Create and maintain internal communication channels (newsletters, updates, chats, portals, intranet, Notion, etc.)
- Support internal change communications (restructuring, new process launches)
- Organize internal events such as all-hands meetings, team meetups, welcome sessions, and town halls
- Collect employee feedback and propose improvements to communication practices
- Develop and implement for internal communication tone and style
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or HR communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian (if applicable for the company)
- Ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Understanding of distributed / remote / hybrid team cultures
- Ability to analyze internal processes and document them clearly and accessibly
- Experience in organizing and communicating strategic goals within the company
- Understanding of how to build effective collaboration in distributed teams
