QA Engineer

• Owning the testing infrastructure to improve our product quality and avoid regressions in AI-first software

Staff QA Engineer

Manager

• Manage the daily running of the London office, including access control, maintenance, and building management relationships.
• Source and manage external suppliers (cleaning, catering, repairs, events suppliers) and proactively seek "upgrades" to the office environment.
• Run the daily "office engine”, ordering breakfast, managing plant care, and ensuring office supplies are always stocked.
• Own the seating plan and desk allocations, ensuring the layout evolves seamlessly as our team grows.
• Lead the in-office onboarding experience, including office tours, access setup, and ensuring every new hire’s desk is "day-one ready."
• Manage the physical logistics of offboarding, ensuring equipment is returned and access is revoked smoothly.
• Triage and resolve all team queries related to the workspace, acting as a buffer for the Founders and BizOps teams.
• Lead the administration and "on-the-day" delivery for team events, ranging from casual weekly socials to major milestones like the Christmas party.
• Partner with the People team to ensure the office vibe reflects our values and keeps morale high.
• Own team travel logistics, with a specific focus on US cohort trips and group travel coordination.
• Partner with the Head of IT to manage local equipment logistics—handling laptop setups, returns, replacements, and basic troubleshooting.
• Take over distributed admin tasks (vouchers, scheduling, general ordering) to centralize and professionalize our operations.

Office Engagement Manager

• Own and manage key finance operations including management accounts, consolidated reporting, tax, payroll, treasury management, and invoice management in partnership with the VP of Finance
• Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring all accounting and reconciliations are completed within deadlines

• Prepare the company for audit and consolidated statutory reporting for the year ending December 2026

• Drive engagement and growth: Regularly check in with lawyers to understand their goals, help them get the most out of Woodstock and realise their professional ambitions in terms of revenue generation and client following.
• Champion the lawyer experience: Run training sessions, collect feedback, spot friction points, and collaborate with product and legal operations to make things better.
• Create a sense of community: Bring lawyers together through events and discussions, helping them feel part of something bigger than themselves.
• Support professional excellence: Monitor caseloads, support compliance, and work with our legal ops team to maintain a high bar for quality.
• Spot opportunities for growth: Identify lawyers who are ready to scale and work with the marketing and business development teams to achieve growth.

Senior Account Manager

Business Development Rep

• Work 1:1 with consultants to develop tailored business plans, from identifying target markets to creating visibility strategies across networking, events, and thought leadership.
• Spot and secure speaking slots, sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and introductions that raise the profile of the firm and our consultants.
• Lead initiatives in boosting the success of the WLS internal referral network across the community.
• Help strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell our services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying and securing new opportunities for growth.
• Manage inbound media opportunities for our consultants, liaise with legal directories, local press, and PR contacts.

• Provide expert guidance and oversight for residential conveyancing transactions, supporting less experienced consultants and case handlers to ensure consistent standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules, maintain accurate records, and conduct initial file reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and client care standards.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all transactions progress within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively resolve issues to facilitate smooth completions.
• Review and sign off key documentation and pre-completion packs, ensuring quality and compliance before submission to lenders or other parties.
• Work closely with Lawhive consultants and liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors. Provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice on complex or challenging files.

Conveyancing Supervisor

• Reviewing tickets for compliance support raised by lawyers and operations staff
• Understanding and applying our defined processes to deliver on key requests
• Working with colleagues across our operations teams to support on the day-to-day functioning of the business
• Providing compliance and risk advice on matters including, but not limited to:

• Confidentiality points
