About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery of our AI operating system and core platforms
Partner directly with engineering and AI teams to translate complex, high-level objectives into deeply technical requirements and delivery plans
Dissect intricate system challenges and workflows to ensure engineers are unblocked and building the right things efficiently
Focus heavily on delivery, technical execution, and analytical/strategic platform work
Drive the core capabilities of our Lawrence AI engine and platform architecture
Create and maintain tight, delivery-oriented feedback loops with the technical team
Immerse yourself in the legal domain to understand unique constraints and workflows
Work with the leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities, and technical roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

A deeply technical product mindset
Exceptional experience working on relevant, complex technical platforms and environments.
A highly delivery-oriented approach with a proven track record of shipping complex, high-quality technical products in fast-moving environments.
Strong analytical and strategic skills
The adaptability and rigor to ramp up quickly in a complex legal sector
Deep understanding of modern product development practices and end-to-end delivery alongside engineers.
