• Help lay the data foundation that will power Laurel's AI intelligence layer across the GTM org.

• Own the full post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Laurel’s largest and most strategic customers—driving adoption, value, and revenue.
• Lead onboarding and education efforts, ensuring customers quickly ramp and engage with Laurel’s core functionality.
• Drive adoption and usage by designing and executing tailored success plans aligned to customer goals and product capabilities.
• Own renewal conversations and timelines with customers, collaborating internally to structure and negotiate renewal terms.

Platform Engineer

• Write and maintain Terraform modules and Go libraries that other teams use to manage their infrastructure.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes, Docker, and compute infrastructure for all of engineering.
• Build and improve preview environments, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and other developer-experience automation.
• Design and implement infrastructure for high availability and regional resiliency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and help drive improvements to incident response processes.
