• Own and evolve the brand system
• Define and refine Laurel’s visual identity, typography, layout systems, imagery direction, and brand voice in partnership with leadership.
• Build durable AI-first systems that scale across web, product marketing, sales enablement, and content.

• Art direct major campaigns and launches, including web, video, social and press.
• Personally design assets for web, blog, sales decks, launch materials, and social media when needed.
• Be the guardian of the craft and maintain a high quality bar across all outputs.
• Operate at an expert level in image prompting and generative visual workflows.
• Develop repeatable, scalable AI pipelines for brand asset production that can be used by creative and non-creative partners
• Systematize production where possible (template systems, prompt libraries, automation workflows).
• Pioneer how AI reshapes brand storytelling and visual expression.
• Maintain a strong “book” of trusted freelancers and creative partners (illustrators, motion designers, photographers, videographers, etc.)

• Own the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into operational plans

• Own end-to-end rollout of AI initiatives including training, change management, and adoption tracking
• Create playbooks and knowledge-sharing resources to scale impact across GTM functions
• Act as an internal coach, helping teams level up their comfort and fluency with AI tools

Implementation Engineer

Data Scientist

• As a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics, you will build the analytics foundation enabling fast, confident, and measurable decisions.
• Own the full product analytics lifecycle: defining product success metrics, shaping instrumentation strategies, building canonical datasets, etc.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into every release.
• Define the questions, build frameworks to answer them at scale, and help operationalize Product Analytics as a core capability.
