About the role
- Ensure the accuracy of Inventory at Skechers Distribution centers by performing various Inventory Control functions involving Forklift equipment and RF system interface
- Perform Cycle Counts on all types of locations within expected guidelines for accuracy and productivity
- Fix any problems encountered during tasking or incidentally
- Perform all types of Audits and fix all noted problems
- Learn functions of other departments involved in Inventory Movements and how to audit and fix errors
- Correctly complete all required paperwork and reporting
- Operate equipment within safety guidelines and report safety issues
- Report observations of employees violating safety or other procedures
- Audit locations counted by other EOs for accuracy and report findings
- Assist in training new EO’s and ensure correct completion by EOs of paperwork and reporting
- Cross-train and perform Analyst duties as required and assist Inventory Control Analyst
- Perform other Inventory Control and general duties as necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 years’ experience in warehousing/Equipment Operating (Inventory Control a plus)
- Experience operating Forklift equipment
- Experience with RF system interface
- Ability to complete required paperwork and reporting accurately
- Ability to learn functions of other departments involved in Inventory Movements
- Ability to audit locations and fix inventory errors
- Report and follow safety guidelines and report violations
