About the role

  • Process and evaluate customer claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness in decision-making.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering top-notch support.
  • Assist pet parents with understanding our policies and coverage, providing clarity and reassurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys and claims workflows.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our systems to support seamless operations.
  • Reporting directly to Head of Customer Success & Claims.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish (additional language skills in German or French are a plus).
  • A passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy.
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a good eye for detail.
  • This position requires you to be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Practical experience as a veterinary nurse in the field of small animal medicine as well as a completed veterinary medicine degree are a plus.
