About the role
- Secure smooth production and inventory flows by supporting forecasting, stock analysis, and risk identification
- Drive process improvements between HQ and markets, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate financial follow-up
- Provide ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) guidance and support, ensuring correct monthly and yearly inventory closings
- Lead and coordinate operational initiatives that test new ways of working and improve efficiency across markets
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and local operations; report to Head of Operations International Markets
- Manage daily operational flows and lead cross-market projects to strengthen international operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, or operations (alternatively recent graduate)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and markets
- Data-driven and structured way of working with solid analytical ability
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage
- Fluency in English and a strong ability to work in Swedish in a professional setting
- Additional languages are a plus
- Based at headquarters in central Stockholm (role is office-based)
