• You lead, with a high degree of ownership, the entire product cycle in the Customer Success area — from discovery and ideation, through prioritization and implementation, to continuous improvement.
• You analyze product performance and relevant metrics to ensure that targets are met.

Product Manager – Growth & Retention

• You lead the entire product lifecycle in the Customer Success area with a high degree of ownership, from discovery and ideation, through prioritization and implementation, to continuous improvement.
• You identify and evaluate the most important initiatives by understanding and contextualizing customer problems, company objectives, market trends, and competitive developments.
• You define requirements, write clear user stories, and evolve the roadmap for your area.
• You work closely with engineers, designers, and internal experts to solve complex problems, implement new ideas, and continuously improve existing features.
• You regularly communicate with customers across multiple channels and represent their perspective within the company.
• You analyze product performance and relevant metrics to ensure that goals are met.
• In close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams, you ensure the right initiatives are implemented, successful product launches are enabled, and all relevant teams work together in alignment.

Product Manager – Customer Success

• The Force Multiplier (Strategic Operations)
• Strategic proxy: Participate in senior meetings; drive alignment across the leadership team and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
• Special projects: Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that don’t yet have a natural home.
• CEO throughput: Manage the CEO’s cognitive load by prioritizing work, preparing for critical engagements, and ensuring their time is spent on the highest-impact tasks.
• The Process Optimizer (AI & Automation)
• Identify bottlenecks: Audit each department to uncover manual bottlenecks, especially at interfaces between teams.
• AI-agent implementation: Wherever possible, replace identified bottlenecks with autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.

• Make your Product a success - Manage with a high scale of freedom the product life-cycle (discovery, ideation, prioritization, delivery, and follow-through) of the Customer success scope dedicated to activation, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Work on the right things - Determine and prioritize the right initiatives by understanding customer pain points, company strategy, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Perform great in an A-level team - Define requirements, write/communicate effective user stories, and manage your scope roadmap.
• Work together with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and metal experts to solve problems, deliver new solutions and iterate existing initiatives.
• Make customers the center - Engage with customers through multiple channels and serve as the customer voice inside the organization. Guarantee an outstanding customer experience and value.
• Drive growth - Monitor product performance to confirm that results meet specified requirements and objectives. Do, learn and iterate fast to achieve the best results.
• Succeed with stakeholders - Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and other product teams to guarantee that the best initiatives are being built, conditions for success are in place, and alignment is gained across teams. Ensure the organization is prepared for successful launches.
