About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead, with a high degree of ownership, the entire product cycle in the Customer Success area — from discovery and ideation, through prioritization and implementation, to continuous improvement.
- You analyze product performance and relevant metrics to ensure that targets are met.
- You are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and genuine added value.
- You define requirements, write clear user stories, and further develop the roadmap for your area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in engineering, business, software development, marketing, data/analytics, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software product management and with complex web technologies — ideally in customer-facing environments such as marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform models.
- Strong understanding of funnel analysis, automations, customer-focused optimizations, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills and at least 2 years of experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, data visualization/transformation, pivot tables, or comparable solutions.
- Basic technical understanding and an interest in modern technologies and AI-supported workflows are a plus.
- Very good communication skills in German and English — both written and spoken.
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative.
- Enjoy working in a fast, entrepreneurial environment and questioning existing processes.
