About the role
- Conduct virtual consultations for clients exploring laser hair removal, Botox, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
- Build rapport, educate clients, and tailor treatment packages to individual goals
- Drive conversion through a consultative, high-touch sales process
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and KPIs in our CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in remote or inside sales
- Proven success with consultative selling
- A passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Strong emotional intelligence and engagement
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Personal home office setup with reliable internet, computer, and headset
- Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed
