• Ensure error-free billing and resolve discrepancies in a solution-oriented manner.
• Handle invoice inquiries and complaints via our ticketing system.
• Act as a liaison with our Finance department and other internal teams.
• Set up and optimize invoicing processes with new suppliers.
• Advise and support internal stakeholders on all matters related to invoice management.

Accounting Clerk – Hotel/Tourism

• Request, review and process invoices from travel service providers, with a particular focus on hotels, exercising a high level of responsibility.
• Ensure error-free invoicing and resolve discrepancies in a solution-oriented manner.

• Build and optimize invoicing processes with new vendors, focusing on results.
