About the role
- Request, review and process invoices from travel service providers, with a particular focus on hotels, exercising a high level of responsibility.
- Ensure error-free invoicing and resolve discrepancies in a solution-oriented manner.
- Handle invoice inquiries and complaints via our ticketing system.
- Act as an interface with our Finance department and other internal teams, maintaining a holistic view of processes.
- Build and optimize invoicing processes with new vendors, focusing on results.
- Advise and support internal stakeholders on all matters related to invoice management.
Requirements
- Experience or training in commercial, financial or administrative fields is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processes or a strong willingness to learn.
- Structured, careful and independent working style.
- Service-oriented approach, with friendly and clear communication.
- Good German language skills (at least B2); English skills are an advantage.
- Initial experience in a B2B environment or in tourism is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, Notion, Slack or Zendesk is an advantage.
