Technical Project Manager

• Works with customer requirements to propose technical solutions
• Acts as primary technical resource that collaborates with the client throughout a deployment project and partners with a customer to develop requirements and propose technical solutions
• Performs customer system integration planning and implementation
• Ensures network equipment meets customer technical specifications
• Ensures network and software configurations meet customer technical requirements
• Troubleshoots network and software performance problems and proposes remedy options

• Supports creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for technical elements of the system that are effective and repeatable

Technical Implementation Manager

Program Manager

• Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to members of the program team
• Acts as the principal customer interface and widely recognized as a trusted, collaborative partner with the customer and other stakeholders
• Proven leader capable of communicating complex technical details to a wide variety of customer stakeholder groups
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of program team and provide feedback
• Lead and direct resources to fulfill all contractual obligations, performance levels, and service levels for one or more complex customer programs.
• As part of some program projects, responsibilities may Include the management of one or more project subcontractors.
• Initiate, plan, execute, control, ensure final customer acceptance of assigned customer programs
• Coordinate all the activities of the team and indirect support resources to ensure all aspects of the project are managed exceptionally well and quality deliverables are produced and agreed upon with program stakeholders
• Maintain project updates to Landis+Gyr's Project Portfolio Management Tool (currently ServiceNow, training will be provided)
• Drive issues to resolution independently or via other company resources and manage customer expectations appropriately
• Responsible for reporting and controlling the financial health of programs including budgeting and forecasting
• Manage a program's scope, schedule, and cost while managing risk
• Ensure all internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Operations, Product Management Office, executives) are apprised of status, KPIs, issues, and risks and are aligned and fully engaged with the program
• Represent the company in a professional manner in sales activities

Systems Engineer

• Technically supports Landis+Gyr's portfolio of meter and network products, assisting in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist in maintenance of variant configurator content in SAP, ensuring that all customer requirements are met in relation to product configuration rules established by Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and customers to align product configurations with both business requirements and technological advancements for SAP Variant Configurator.
• Provide user-level support and training for both SAP VC and smart metering customization tools, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization across teams.
• Develop understanding of product strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to market requirements
• Gather Competitive Intelligence
• Develop and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective and/or existing customers
• Attend trade shows and regional metering schools to conduct technical sales presentations in large group sessions
• Provide technical expertise and information to customers and prospects on system configurations, usage, operation, and features.

Meter System Engineer – Product Configuration

• Responsible for supporting the technical application of all the Company products
• Serves as the field expert and liaison for smart grid metering
• Meter and product training, meter configuration coordination and metering related trouble shooting and issue resolution
• Develops positive customer relationships through proactive customer management while providing guidance to customers in implementation, operation, training and problem resolution
• Interfaces with utilities, distributors, agents, deployment teams and managed service programs to ensure the utility custom requirements are obtained and configured into the manufacturing process
• Provides technical expertise and information to sales for customers and prospects on system configurations, use, operation and features with emphasis on “industry best practices” to maximize the value of Company solutions

• Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and license usage to ensure alignment with business needs and vendor terms.
• Identify and execute optimization opportunities across contracts and licensing footprints to reduce costs, consolidate contracts and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to support contract negotiations and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and dashboards for licensing metrics, risks, and compliance status.
