Content Marketing Manager

• At Landbot, reimagining how businesses interact with customers with AI chatbot solutions for mid-size companies in high-ticket sales industries.
• Senior Content Marketing Manager will be strategic architect and primary executor of content marketing efforts, spending 60-70% of time creating content while directing strategy.
• Lead content strategy & SEO: design and execute strategies targeting GTM professionals; own SEO strategy and direct agency partners; develop topic clusters and content pillars; create content roadmaps supporting demand generation.
• Customer research & voice of customer: conduct regular customer research and interviews; transform insights into content; collaborate with Customer Success and Sales for feedback and content gaps.
• Hands-on content creation: write 4-6 high-quality pieces monthly including technical guides and thought leadership; transform technical features into compelling narratives; create MOFU assets, case studies, and success stories.
• Distribution & collaboration: execute multi-channel distribution; collaborate with Paid Ads/RevOps on landing pages and ad copy; partner with Product and Support for documentation and announcements; coordinate with in-house writer and external agencies.
