• Run structured onboarding, adoption, and business review processes — always anchored in the customer's goals and measurable results.
• Proactively monitor account health and intervene before problems become churn risks.
• Track and present customer metrics in every interaction — usage trends, adoption gaps, ROI signals.
• Become deeply fluent in Landbot's AI Agent capabilities and be able to demo and advise customers confidently.
• Proactively introduce customers to new features and AI use cases relevant to their business.
• Translate customer goals into concrete Landbot configurations and workflows.
• Stay current as the product evolves — Landbot is moving fast in the AI space and our CSMs need to move with it.
• Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within your account portfolio.
• Partner with Sales on high-potential accounts and handoffs.
• Flag risk accounts early and lead recovery conversations.
• Report on customer engagement, health metrics, and account progress to internal stakeholders.
• Surface customer feedback and product gaps to Product and leadership in a structured way.
• Coordinate with Support on escalations and complex technical issues.

Customer Success Manager – AI SaaS

Backend Engineer

• Co-definir la visión técnica de Landbot para sistemas agénciales: agentes autónomos, colaboración multi-agente, planificación, toma de decisiones y ejecución.
• Traducir problemas de negocio y producto de alto nivel en arquitecturas agénciales y diseños de sistemas concretos.
• Actuar como referencia técnica para patrones agénciales, compromisos y mejores prácticas en los equipos.
• Diseñar y construir sistemas agénciales de calidad de producción.
• Ingeniería de contexto y estrategias de memoria.
• Uso de herramientas y llamadas de función.
• La planificación, el razonamiento y los bucles de toma de decisiones.
• Colaboración y coordinación multi-agente.
• Integrar LLMs en sistemas backend con APIs, contratos y modos de fallo claros.
• Evaluación, fiabilidad y observabilidad.
• Diseñar e implementar sistemas de evaluación de LLM.
• Instrumentar sistemas agénciales con una fuerte observabilidad: trazado, registro, depuración y monitoreo de costos.
• Construir barandillas, mecanismos de seguridad y estrategias de respaldo para asegurar un comportamiento predecible en producción.
• Excelencia en ingeniería backend: diseñar arquitecturas backend escalables para soportar las cargas de trabajo de IA a gran escala.
• Cómodo trabajando con pilas backend complejas y enfoques arquitectónicos (por ejemplo, Diseño Orientado a Dominio), sabiendo cuándo aprovecharlas para traer claridad y escalabilidad, y cuándo evitar la aplicación dogmática que ralentiza la entrega.
• Construir y mantener APIs, servicios y tuberías de datos que alimentan a los agentes de IA.
• Hacer decisiones reflexivas entre rendimiento, fiabilidad, costo y velocidad de iteración.

Frontend Engineer

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Landbot, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with simplicity and quality as guiding principles.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Act as a go-to expert in testing, driving a quality-first mindset across the frontend.
• Build reusable UI components and design systems adaptable to different contexts: web apps, browser extensions, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Provide technical leadership in design discussions and decisions that impact multiple teams or the company as a whole.
• Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term technical health.
• Document your work rigorously (ADRs, RFCs, postmortems) and share learnings across the org.
