• Own core finance operations Support payments, treasury activities, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and operational finance processes to ensure everything runs accurately and on time.
• Strengthen controls and accuracy Perform checks, reconciliations, and reviews across financial data and operational workflows. Investigate inconsistencies, resolve issues proactively, and improve reliability across processes.
• Improve systems and workflows Use Excel and Power Query to structure, clean, analyse, and improve finance data. Help automate manual tasks and create more scalable ways of working.
• Collaborate across the business Work closely with Finance, People Ops, external accountants, payroll providers, and operational teams to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
• Take ownership and drive improvement Operate autonomously, identify inefficiencies, challenge weak processes constructively, and proactively contribute ideas that improve how the function operates.
