Assistant

• Provide support to instructors by triaging questions and assisting with Canvas course setup and ongoing course management.
• Help organize departmental events, workshops, and conferences.
• Assist with data collection specific to each department.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department, faculty, or supervisor that support professional development and academic goals.
• Work during peak times, which include, but are not limited to: annual forum, graduation, orientations, week prior to the start of the semester, first two weeks of the semester, last two weeks of the semester prior to finals, and advising periods.

Grad Assistant, eLearning Department

Robotics

• Prepares lesson plans and instructs students in a classroom and/or virtual (Microsoft TEAMS) setting
• thoroughly prepares and teaches all course lessons, considering diverse learners and accounting for current trends and industry regulations
• provides support and guidance to students to optimize learning outcomes
• completes and maintains all required documentation and records, meeting established deadlines, including, but not limited to, syllabi, grades, midterm and final grades, attendance, and end-of-semester reflection on Student Learning Objectives (SLOs)
• fosters a professional and supportive classroom environment conducive to students learning, asking questions, thinking critically, and growing as individuals
• provides meaningful hands-on application of material to reinforce transfer of learning
• all other duties as required by the Dean.

Adjunct – Robotics and Integrated Technologies Program

General

• Build and sustain strong relationships with high schools and career and technical centers within the assigned region to support Pre-College program growth and meet established outreach and enrollment goals.
• Engage and collaborate with educators and school leaders, to introduce, expand, and support Pre-College opportunities.
• Plan and deliver engaging presentations to small and large groups of students, families, and school personnel to increase awareness, participation, and program interest.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner and prospective schools, clearly communicating program offerings, partnership requirements, and participation processes.
• Support students and families throughout the Pre-College experience by providing guidance, answering questions, assisting with registration, and ensuring high-quality, student-centered experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Pre-College, Enrollment, Academic Affairs, and Student Services to support coordinated outreach, student success, and continued program growth.
• Track outreach activities, partnerships, and student engagement using College technology systems, travel within the assigned region as needed, and contribute to achieving program goals and strategic growth priorities.
• Ability to work during high impact time periods and enrollment periods.

Pre-College Regional Coordinator – Southeast PA

Administrative Assistant

• Greet current students/families, prospective students and visitors in a diplomatic manner
• Provides direction and assistance by asking questions and gathering information
• Manages all incoming call, email, calendars for the department
• Provides excellent telephonic customer service
• Takes messages and delivers to appropriate department personnel in a timely manner
• Creates and maintains proper organization of physical and electronic student files and financial aid documents
• Perform clerical functions, including typing, filing, mailings, etc.
• Process cash, checks, credit and debit cards payment transactions for tuition and fees
• Prepares daily deposits in conjunction with accounts payable standards of compliance
• Oversees Transact cashiering as directed
• Tracks and maintains department engagements/priorities on the department calendar
• Updates student information such as address changes
• Manages all requests, orders, purchases, travel and monitors office supplies as needed

Public Relations

• The Program Specialist – Innovative Technology is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Innovative Technology Programs.
• Assume teaching duties as assigned by the program senior director within the Innovative Technology programs.
• Provide tutoring assistance to students that require it as assigned.
• Prepares students for success in program progression, obtaining employment upon program completion, and/or continuing their education.
• Assist the Senior Director in the developing of, conducting, coordinating, and evaluating the experiential learning opportunities related to the Innovative Technology Programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of innovative technology professions and educational methodology through continuing professional development.
