About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Program Specialist – Innovative Technology is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Innovative Technology Programs.
- Assume teaching duties as assigned by the program senior director within the Innovative Technology programs.
- Provide tutoring assistance to students that require it as assigned.
- Prepares students for success in program progression, obtaining employment upon program completion, and/or continuing their education.
- Assist the Senior Director in the developing of, conducting, coordinating, and evaluating the experiential learning opportunities related to the Innovative Technology Programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of innovative technology professions and educational methodology through continuing professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in the discipline being taught (doctoral degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of actual industry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at a college level preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing/revising curriculum preferred.
- Experience teaching online preferred.
- AWS certification preferred.
- CISCO teaching certification preferred.
