About the role
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that aligns with Labcorp’s enterprise goals
- Serve as a senior advisor to C-level executives, guiding AI-related investments, opportunities, and risk management
- Identify and lead high-impact transformation programs that integrate AI/ML into core business processes
- Drive operational efficiency and manage the financial and human capital needs of the AI Division
- Foster a creative and experimental culture that encourages bold ideas and rapid prototyping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership
- At least 7 years of senior leadership experience within AI/ML-driven environments, ideally in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences
