About the role
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new franchise partners, including independent shop owners and regional MSOs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to shop operators, communicating the benefits of CARSTAR’s network, systems, and resources.
- Drive leads from initial contact through signed franchise agreements, collaborating with operations, legal, and onboarding teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to target high-priority markets and growth opportunities.
- Represent CARSTAR at industry events to build strong relationships in the collision repair community.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition for new franchisees.
Requirements
- Previous ownership, general management, or senior leadership experience within a collision repair center or MSO.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of shop operations, financial drivers, and growth challenges.
- Proven consultative selling or business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Preferably based in the Central U.S. for ease of travel (50%).
