About the role
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional Medical Affairs projects
- Serve as the primary Client/Project Manager for assigned projects
- Collaborate closely with global leaders within the organization
- Contribute to the development and execution of Global Medical Affairs strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in Medical Affairs operations
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing Medical Affairs teams

Requirements
- Medical/Scientific degree, PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or device/diagnostics industry
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
- Project management experience
- Medical Affairs Operations and Excellence knowledge
- Results driven and team-oriented
- Ability to innovate, analyze, and solve problems
- Passion for technology, innovation, and process improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in Agile culture
