About the role
- Complete three (3) rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various segments and financial functions
- Perform rotations focused on Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance
- Use verbal and written communications, problem solving and teamwork daily
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and be paired with a mentor
- Participate in cross-functional engagement and robust training to accelerate career growth
- Relocate and travel as required for rotations and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate
- Demonstrated technical skills, business acumen and leadership skills (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytics, and problem solving (preferred)
- Initiative and enthusiasm; willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment (preferred)
- Work experience as an intern / Co-Op in Finance or related fields (preferred)
- Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision (preferred)
