About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test Deltek Costpoint Production Planning
- Design, develop, deploy and support production planning functionality
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements and create functional specifications and process flows
- Support implementation and ongoing support of production planning for large Deltek Costpoint projects, including system upgrades and enhancements
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and troubleshooting of complex issues
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships and align system solutions to business requirements
- Ensure system stability and performance for production systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with new technologies within Deltek Costpoint to align with business direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint, with a proven track record of successful system support.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
- Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on production planning.
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and managed service support personnel.
