About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, providing expert guidance on best practices
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support the implementation and ongoing support of production planning functionality for large Deltek Costpoint implementation projects, including system upgrades, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for Deltek Costpoint production planning, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
- Stay current with new technologies, especially within Deltek Costpoint, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
- Work schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and familiarity with integration points with other applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation
- Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes
- Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on production planning
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
