About the role
- Lead a team of Program Managers and cross-functional teams in execution of programs
- Responsible for cost, schedule, resourcing, and performance of assigned programs
- Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion
- Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives
- Manage external relationships with Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers
- Lead Program Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks
- Responsible for budget management and financial execution of the program
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
- 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25%
