About the role
- L3Harris is seeking a strong Senior Program Manager to lead a team of Program Managers and cross-functional teams in the execution of programs for the Triton Programs portfolio
- The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, resourcing, and performance of assigned programs
- Program Managers are expected to demonstrate team building, leadership, and communication skills by building relationships of trust with their teams, customers, peers, and leadership
- Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion
- Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial (P&L) objectives
- Acts as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions discuss cost, schedule, technical performance and risk
- Manage external relationships with the Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers
- Leads Program Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks that could impact program technical, cost and schedule performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance ( or ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
