• Develop, optimize and manage the merchandise assortment based on analyses
• Lead and participate in negotiations on terms and conditions with suppliers
• Monitor competitors and market trends with a focus on customer profiles
• Maintain regular communication with the department manager for your buying areas
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and product topics for promotional activities
